Data Storage

CEU Tracker stores all your CE tracking data locally on your device using browser localStorage. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information, CE records, or license details on any server.

AI Analysis (Pro)

When you use the AI gap analysis feature, your logged CE hours and state information are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate recommendations. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored by our AI provider beyond the duration of the request.

Payment Processing

Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymized usage data such as page views and session duration. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Data Deletion

Since your data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data or using the "Reset tracker" option on the dashboard.
